I made these illo lately with many other ones, its a part of a serie of illustration for school books. I like to do vector design more and more...I think I will even post the sketch that brought to the final version next time, like Gabe Swarr use to doing, its fun to see the first steps.

I just got my new Nintendo DS Lite !!
It looks fantastic and the 34 years old I am feels like a kid when playing with that very powerfull and tiny system !

This Tuesday, I took my sketchbook while watching my tv shows and as quick as possible I tried to capture and sketch some portraits of actors that were playing in CSI and also in The Count of Monte Cristo ( Gerard Depardieu ). I have to say that making caricature or portrait is something new for me, but its a very interesting execice , especially live in front of tv , its very fun to do !

I have created this vectorial illustration for a festival that wanted to attract more children to their event, so I have made it colofull, bold and simple, while trying to keep an artistic look ! Today I put a kind of rust effect over it and that rust effect was apply in first by my friend Steve( illustration-guitar) in his very very nice illustration for IllustrationFriday.com titled : Portrait.
